A driver was cut free from a car following a two vehicle crash on the Shropshire border at Woore yesterday.
The collision happened on the A525 Newcastle Road at just after 1pm on Saturday.
Four fire appliances including the rescue tender were mobilised from Market Drayton.
Crews removed the roof and door of the vehicle using specialist equipment.
The male casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance.
