A floodlit Segway course will be on offer to guests at the corporate open evening and networking event at The Wroxeter Hotel, near Shrewsbury, on February 12.
The evening will highlight the corporate offerings from the hotel – which include team-building experiences like a Segway course.
The Wroxeter has teamed up with Much Wenlock based adventure activities provider, The Edge and multi award winning illusionists Slightly Unusual to offer alternative away days and team building activities on site at the hotel.
Hannah Hall, of the hotel, said the evening will serve as a cross-Shropshire networking event, including brief business training seminars.
“We would like to bring together businesses from across the county, and beyond, to enjoy a New Year networking event as we launch our 2015 corporate packages,” she added.
“Business owners and decision makers like to see exactly what the set-up will be on the day and the exact facilities that will be available to them.”
Guests are encouraged to arrive from 5.30pm and they will be welcome to a tour of the hotel or to attend one or all of the brief seminars on offer, try out the Segway course or just wander at their leisure.
Mr Kawczynski said: “I am delighted to go to the Wroxeter Hotel and see for myself the services they offer.
“The hotel is a large employer in my constituency and I hope it continues to go from strength to strength.”
The seminars, held in the Wrekin Room, will be on Top Tips in Improving Employee Performance with Denise Waite from The HR Department at 5.30pm, Understanding the basics of building a successful business with Doug D’Aubrey from Executive Training and Consultancy Ltd at 5.45pm and What is PR and what can it do for your business? with Rhea Alton from J&PR Ltd at 6pm.
A Comedy Illusion Act from Unusual Teambuilding will be performing in the Eyton Suite from 6.15pm and Ed Hall, of the Wroxeter Hotel, will officially welcome everyone before the gala buffet at 6.30pm.
