The company, based in Shrewsbury Business Park, has developed the on-site repair service covering Shropshire and the West Midlands, meaning that a team of trained engineers will be on call to travel out to offices or homes to carry out work on mobile phones or tablets.
“We have recruited four engineers who can be on-site within 45 minutes to repair user-damaged handsets,” said Matt Sandford, managing director of the award-winning company, which provides mobile and fixed telecom systems across the region.
“This is a very useful extension to our range of customer services and we believe it will be a very popular with both businesses and private individuals,” he added.
All mobile phones supplied by Pure Telecom come with a’ 24-hour replacement promise’ when under warranty but the new service will cover damage not covered by the guarantee.
