Company boss praises Shrewsbury in Bloom partnership

Tony Bywater recently hosted a reception at the company’s Emstrey headquarters to thank sponsors of the Shrewsbury in Bloom Committee for their support. The event was organised by the committee and the town council, who are responsible for the award-winning floral displays around the town.

“We were delighted to host this prestigious event, which included excellent presentations from the town council on plans for this year,” he said. “This is an excellent example of businesses working with the local authority to create fantastic floral displays around the town for the benefit of the community of Shrewsbury,”

Aubrey Kirkham and Brian Goodwin, from Shropshire Horticultural Association, also spoke about the history and work of the organisation.
