Food group Heart of England fine foods (HEFF) will be exhibiting at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia, London, this week from 2 – 4 September.
Food group Heart of England fine foods (HEFF) will be exhibiting at the Speciality and Fine Food Fair at Olympia, London, this week from 2 – 4 September.HEFF will be promoting the region’s food and drink offering as well as showcasing the new HEFF Trading Desk – an exciting new supply chain initiative providing a tailored account management service to help increase sales for producers. It also acts as a one stop shop for local, national and international trade buyers sourcing local food and drink from the heart of England. The HEFF Trading Desk will be offering buyers more than 2,000 regional products from over 75 different producers.
The HEFF Trading Desk will also be launching a London List at the show specifically targeted at London buyers looking to source fabulous food and drink from the heart of England.
A number of their members will also be exhibiting under the HEFF banner at Speciality & Fine Food Fair including, Pimhill Mill, The Ludlow Nut Company and The Smoke & Pickle Co. of Shropshire.
HEFF will also be showcasing products to buyers on behalf of 12 producers whose product is available through the HEFF Trading Desk.
