Saturday 10 November will be a fun filled day of tastings, demonstrations and tours to whet the appetite of what the Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre is all about.
Between 10am-4pm visitors will be able to meet the producers that make their high quality food on site, enjoy sausage making with butcher Jamie Ward, indulge in a chocolate tasting and demonstration with Nova Chocolates, have a copy of book Cook Wrap and Sell signed by local author Bruce McMichael, and there will be tours of the production units.
The Local Food Store will be open to browse and buy local food and drink from artisan producers from the heart of England region, and you can eat and relax in the Taste kitchen.
For those interested in meeting and conference space, the Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre boasts a 60 seat Conference Room and 10 seat Boardroom along with informal meeting space in the foyer and Taste kitchen, all with free wifi.
