Emergency services were called to a two vehicle collision involving a horse box carrying two cattle on the A458 at Cressage today.
The incident happened at around 5pm with West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and four Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Much Wenlock, Tweedale and Wellington attending.
One person was trapped following the collision and released by fire service personnel.
A bull and calf were transferred from the overturned cattle trailer to an awaiting trailer.
The road was blocked following the collision.
Car ends up in hedge after overturning in Alderton
Early this morning emergency services dealt with a collision involving a single vehicle which had overturned onto its roof and ended up in a hedge at Alderton north of Harmer Hill.
The incident happened at around 8.30am with four fire appliances mobilised from Shrewsbury, Wellington and Wem.
Crews used cutters and spreaders to release a male casualty who was trapped in the vehicle.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police also attended.
