West Mercia Police made a series of arrests following the disorder at the address in Maesbrook on December 14 last year.
They have continued to investigate the incident and have now charged 10 men aged between 18 and 22 with violent disorder.
The men who mainly live in the Welshpool area have all been given bail to appear before Shrewsbury magistrates on the 1st and 8th of August.
One is also charged with possession of an offensive weapon and dangerous driving.
About 50 people were invited to the party but trouble broke out when a group of uninvited people arrived between 10pm and 10.30pm.
At least 10 people were assaulted suffering various injuries, some requiring hospital treatment. Damage to the house and to several cars ran into thousands of pounds.
