The Stay Out 2013 is taking place on Friday 29 November from 7pm and this year will be next to Shopmobility on the Telford Shopping Centre’s Red Oak Car Park.
Participants will sleep out in a cardboard box and even though it maybe cold it will not only be fun experience but help raise funds and awareness for homeless young people in Telford.
There will also be entertainment for those braving the night from ‘Loose Lips’ a talented acoustic Telford duo, with Lewis Bates on guitar and vocals and Kieran Hayes on vocals they work together to bring their own blend of acoustic entertainment performing both originals and covers.
At any one time, Stay is Supporting about 150 young people who, for one reason or another have found themselves in a position where they are vulnerable, potentially homeless or with nowhere else to turn.
They are encouraging everyone to get involved and let friends and family know about the fund raising event.
