The centre has 43 serviced offices and 10 workshops which are now all occupied by small to medium sized local businesses. There is a waiting list for those interested in offices and workshops.
The centre opened in August 2008 and has since proved to be the perfect home for businesses to flourish, with their flexible license agreements and high standard of service.
Vicky Barnes, Centre Manager, said of the achievement “I am so pleased that we have reached our goal of achieving 100% occupancy, it has been almost within reach for a fair few months and we’re really happy to see our hard work paying off.
