Shrewsbury’s Rural Enterprise Centre celebrates 3rd birthday

The centre opened with 42 fully furnished offices and 10 workshops available to let. Currently, 39 of the offices and 9 of the workshops are occupied.

Centre Manager, Vicky Barnes, and Receptionist, Michelle Jones commissioned a personalised birthday cake for clients to enjoy, along with home made cup cakes!

The centre was decorated with balloons, banners and photographs of when the centre was just a building site. The anniversary was also celebrated when staff and clients enjoyed a Sabrina Boat Cruise on the evening of Friday 29th July.

Vicky Barnes, Centre Manager, said “It’s fantastic to see how much the centre has grown since opening in 2008, and we are pleased to say that we are now very close to being fully let. The Sabrina Boat Cruise was a great success , everyone enjoyed themselves and we hope to plan similar events in the future.”
