All members of Hardwicks’ staff are being retained in the new company which will trade as TG Hardwicks.”
A long established and well known specialist supplier to trade and retail markets of hard landscaping materials, Hardwicks also specialises in paving, rockery stone, decorative aggregates, fencing, soils and turf and more.
Mr Griffiths explained: “It is our intention to expand the Hardwicks stock range by adding many of the building, plumbing, agricultural, DIY products that are currently sold by the existing TG Builders Merchants outlets in Welshpool, Oswestry, Ellesmere, Chester, Nantwich and Northwich.
“Both the TG Group and Hardwicks are longstanding family businesses and this provided the perfect basis to bring together our combined expertise and product knowledge for the benefit of customers,” said Mr Griffiths.
