Demand for housing in rural areas has soared since the pandemic, and more needs to be done to provide affordable rural homes in Shropshire, a housing association boss said today.
A housing association which has completed a £70,000 project to protect its homes from flooding has welcomed plans for a long-term solution to the problem.
People with a “passion for helping people in rural Shropshire” are being invited to join a housing association and help resolve the county’s rural housing crisis.
