Children in a village near Shrewsbury will be ‘following the star’ and receiving a festive treat thanks to a partnership between the school PTA and a housing association.

The Marches Academy Trust has today welcomed Oakmeadow CE Primary and Nursery School in Bayston Hill to their family of schools.

Oakmeadow CE Primary and Nursery School, located in Bayston Hill, is looking to join the Marches Academy Trust from the beginning of April.

Oakmeadow Primary School completed an impressive Crossbar Cup double by winning two of three five-a-side football tournaments.

Happy’s Circus will visit Oakmeadow School in Bayston Hill, near Shrewsbury, on July 1 to raise money for Oakmeadow PTA.
