One of the most well-known names in World darts, Ronnie ‘The Rocket’ Baxter, will be taking part in a darts exhibition at The Raven Hotel, Prees Heath, near Whitchurch, on Friday, July 17.
Known for his prolific fast robotic throwing action, Ronnie will challenge an array of guests to beat him at a leg of darts, supported and compered by legendary darts MC, Paul Booth.
Joint owner of The Raven Hotel, Mike Dubicki said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be holding this evening with Ronnie, who has been a solid player in BDO and PDC events for nearly 30 years. It will be a great evening for all darts fans.
“We are becoming recognised for bringing great sporting talent to North Shropshire, playing host to Eric Bristow earlier this year, now Ronnie and are pleased to announce that Dave Chisnall will be here in November.
“We are also holding a charity raffle and an auction with funds being donated to the Midlands Air Ambulance.”
