Two people have been treated for the effects of smoke inhalation following a fire at a property in Oswestry.
Firefighters were called to the fire involving unattended cooking in the kitchen of a semi-detached bungalow on Windsor Road at just before 12.30am.
The two people had left the property before the arrival of firefighters.
Three fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was also in attendance.
Fire crews used four breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and a covering jet to deal with the fire.
The two casualties received oxygen therapy from fire crews.
