Police are investigating a suspected arson at a house in Whitchurch.
The incident happened on Rosemary Lane in the early hours of Tuesday morning. It is believed that the fire was may have been started deliberately and the incident is being treated as arson.
PC Nick Peacock said: “An investigation has been launched and officers have been carrying out local enquiries.

“If anyone witnessed the incident, found any discarded canisters near Rosemary Lane that could have had flammable contents or has any information, please call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 849s of 19 March 2019.”
There were no reported injuries.
