The River Severn is to peak in Ironbridge today with levels already slowly dropping in Shrewsbury following a peak on Monday afternoon.
The River Severn peaked at just below 4m in Shrewsbury, at Ironbridge a peak of between 5.1m and 5.4m is expected.
The river is also due to peak in Bridgnorth later.
Flood barriers remain in place in place at Frankwell in Shrewsbury.
Frankwell Main Car Park is now partially open but still has floodwater around three sides of the car park. There are only about 200 spaces available. Frankwell Riverside Car Park has 6 blue badge and 15 standard bays available.
The Wharfage in Ironbridge is closed to traffic but businesses are fully accessible on foot and are open as usual.
