Train services between Shrewsbury and Wrexham were cancelled for a time today, after a wartime bomb was found in Ruabon.
The training mortar was found on St Michaels Close in Ruabon, a 100 meter cordon is in place which covers the railway line.
Police were alerted to the discovery in the garden of a property at around 10.45am this morning.
Arriva Trains Wales laid on replacement road transport service during the disruption.
Due to a wartime bomb near the railway between Shrewsbury and Wrexham General the line is now closed.
