Radbrook Green Surgery, on Bank farm Road in Shrewsbury, was subject to an inspection on 6 November in which staff were observed and interviewed and patients were spoken to.
The practice was rated outstanding in the caring and responsive domains and good in the safe, effective and well led domains.
The surgery also provided outstanding care to older people, people with long term conditions and people whose circumstances may make them vulnerable. They provided good care to families, children and young people, working age people and people experiencing poor mental health.
The CQC began inspecting England’s 8,500 GP practices in a much more robust and inquisitive way in October, which included rating them as outstanding, good, requiring improvement or inadequate.
