Energy prices have gone up. They are predicted to fall to £1,600 for the typical household for the rest of the year – but that is still 60% higher than it was back in 2021.

Join Telford Energy Advice and Save Our Shropshire at Meeting Point House on Friday 1st March 2024 from 11am to 2pm (including lunch) to provide hints and tips and help you save on your energy bills.

Everybody needs to save money, around 1/3rd of people are in Fuel poverty right now.

Many homes look like the one in the picture above, which shows where your heating is leaking out of the house. You can get free advice from Telford Energy Advice on how to prevent those leaks.

They will show you all the tips and tricks you need to put in place to save money on heating and electricity – like putting foil behind your radiators.

You could save 10-20 % of your fuel bills!

They will also explain the mysteries of heat pumps and solar energy, so you can do your bit on saving the planet. You could also look into changing your energy supplier, which could be much cheaper in the long run.

A couple of hours could save you lots of money for this winter and beyond. The event is free and includes lunch.
