The Abandoned Room Collective brings together some of Ludlow’s most distinctive artists for their first exhibition. A part of this year’s Ludlow Fring, the exhibition promises to be full of things to intrigue visitors with a wide range of artwork on show – from letterpress prints to sculptures and paintings.

Artist Hamish Dolphin, who put the collective together, says “I simply wanted to work with some of the amazing creative talent that I’ve discovered since moving to Ludlow. I invited people to begin sharing their ideas and it grew from there. It’s really about supporting one another to create and share brilliant artwork and to put on events, giving artists a platform to display their unique artwork. On discovering the room after which the collective is named – at the top of the wonderful Period House Shop in Ludlow – I just knew we had to hold an exhibition there. It’s an amazing space to work and exhibit in.”

The exhibition starts this Saturday 14 June and runs until Saturday 5 July.
