Telford Town Park is hosting a free active adventure game during the school summer holidays – and is on the lookout for families who want to take up the challenge.
The Go Wild Active Adventure scheme is running until September 4, with a selection of prizes up for grabs.
The treasure hunt-style game has been designed by county sports partnership Energize, in conjunction with the team at Telford Town Park.
Ben Harper, senior sports manager at Energize, said: “This is a fantastic free activity for local families which leads them around a series of hotspots in the park.
“They have to complete a series of photo, video and quiz challenges on the way with prizes on offer, including family skating at Telford Ice Rink, and discounts at Telfood Feastival, being held in the town park next month.
“It’s a great way for people to get out in the fresh air, while learning a little more about the wildlife and heritage of the town park at the same time.”
To take part, families simply have to download the Mobile Adventures app from Google Play or the iOS App store, and use the game code 794530426450.
