Prof. Chrisbee and Doctor Thom have been awarded the accolade of winning Oxfam’s first and the UK’s largest charity music competition and a band’s worth of free kit from Fender.
The competition formed part of Oxfam’s massive month of music, which runs each year throughout the month of October.
Speaking of their win Chrisbee and Thom said:
“Oxjam for us was incredible, we got involved because it looked like a really fun way to play some music and raise a lot of money and awareness for brilliant cause; what we didn’t expect was it to be a platform to completely raise our band’s profile and push us miles forward as a group.
“We’d like to thank everyone involved for doing a wonderful job and a further thanks to everyone else for taking part, enjoying the music and donating to Oxjam. We wish much more success for Oxjam in years to come.”
