Mad Cow Productions will present Not Now Darling at the Walker Theatre at Theatre Severn running from October 19 to 22 at 7.30pm with a 2.30pm Saturday matinee.
The company’s last show at Theatre Severn was musical hit The Producers.
This time round they are presenting a farce written by West End comedy masters Ray Cooney and John Chapman. In classic farce style the play involves a nimble script, lies, double entendres, mistaken identities, cover-ups and confusion.
The play is set in a London fur salon where a number of couples attempt to embark on a series of affairs without getting caught out. Alex Hinton, the show’s director, said: “After the great reaction to Move Over Mrs Markham we couldn’t resist another farce. Once again there are hilarious shenanigans a plenty to ensure our audience have a good giggle!”
Tickets cost £10 for the matinee and £12 for the evening shows.
