A social media marketing agency has relocated to new premises in Shrewsbury town centre as part of an exciting expansion.
Evolve My Media, launched in January 2023 by directors James Cross and Scott Demmerling, has completed the letting of a first floor office suite at 2-3 Wyle Cop.
The company’s new premises provide well-appointed accommodation and forms part of an attractive four-storey multi-occupied period building, with the letting handled by Towler Shaw Roberts.
The Evolve My Media team were attracted to make the move from a property in nearby St Mary’s Street, their first headquarters, by the additional space on offer.
James said: “Eight of us now make up the team at Evolve. Every member of our team is exceptional and having people who reflect Evolve in the right way is very important for us.
“Our first office was amazing in terms of it being our first base and hub, but the new office is a lot larger for the team whilst also providing an opportunity for a creative space and studio.”
Scott added: “We were very keen to stay in the town centre. We were not sure if we would find a big enough office that suits our needs, but this one ticked all the boxes.
“It segregates into four different spaces well, so we have the two front rooms which will be the offices, with the back two used as a creative studio and a meeting room, so it gives us more space as the team grows.”
Extending to 882 sq ft, Evolve My Media’s new property benefits from natural lighting and is fitted out to a modern standard.
Josh Hyde, who handled the letting for TSR, added: “The property occupies a prominent location fronting Wyle Cop, close to the end of High Street which links to Pride Hill.
“The suite comprises four individual office rooms, with separate kitchenette and toilet facilities, and has separate ground floor access from Wyle Cop.
“We are delighted to have completed a letting to Evolve My Media and wish the company every success in their new Shrewsbury premises as they continue to expand.”
