Prees-based Tilley Green Coffee has welcomed two senior engineers to strengthen its growing team.
Engineering Manager, Steve Spooner and Service Engineer, Paul Hague will support Tilley Green’s expanding nationwide customer base and will focus on coffee machine servicing, testing, maintenance, as well as training customers on how to operate machinery efficiently.
Both men bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Tilley Green. Steve, who lives in Stoke, has worked in service engineering for over fifteen years and entered the coffee industry five years ago. Away from work, Steve is Chairman of Cheadle Swimming Club and says he spends his weekends driving his son to swimming competitions and spending time with his daughter.
Paul of Shrewsbury worked as an electrical contract manager for most of his career and has embraced the new challenge of applying his electrical experience in the coffee industry. Before joining Tilley Green, Paul worked at his wife Joanne’s dance school, Topaz, based in his hometown. He met Joanne through dancing and they have travelled the world performing on cruise ships.
“It’s been great having Steve and Paul join the team, their collective experience has already benefitted Tilley enormously,” explains Tilley Green’s Operations Manager, Shaun Bond. “We are very focussed on responding to customer needs at speed and being able to offer an unlimited range of services, both of which have been made possible thanks to the skills and experience of Steve and Paul.”
Tilley Green Coffee was launched in 2013 and supplies high-quality coffee products and coffee machines predominantly to bars, hotels, cafes, restaurants, garden centres and leisure outlets.
