Work has begun on creating a unique, child-centred environment at the location of the former Four Crosses Inn near Bicton.
Canopy Children’s Nurseries are planning to open their doors in Spring/Summer 2022 providing a first-class childcare experience for our community.
The Canopy Team are on a mission to give children the best possible beginnings and help bring more harmony into the lives of busy parents. Offering a supportive, nurturing day care service that’s tailored to each family’s needs.
Sarah Beattie, founder and franchisor, explains that ‘The plans for Canopy Shrewsbury are simply stunning and we bring 20 years of experience in owning and operating Ofsted Outstanding nurseries to the Canopy concept. Children are at the centre of everything we do, and our Canopy nursery environments offer inviting and enticing child-centred spaces where children thrive. We combine this with a culture that responds to the contemporary needs of parents such as flexibility, convenience, equality, inclusivity and sustainable development’
Rachel and Dan, the husband-and-wife team who are responsible for bringing the Canopy vision to life in Shrewsbury, said:
“We’re very excited about how our nursery is taking shape and with the launch planned for April 25th, we want to let parents know that they can now start registering for their child’s nursery place. It’s really important for us to engage with the community as we have a responsibility to provide the best nursery experience possible for them.
“We want Canopy to feel like a home from home for children and parents. A place that families will look forward to visiting and where new friends will be made. We’ll be looking to host events to bring in families as soon as possible.”
This process starts immediately as Rachel, Dan and the Canopy team have announced that they will be running a number of Discovery sessions to share their plans for Canopy Shrewsbury.
