Wellington-based PR agency Nathan Rous PR continues its rapid growth in 2019 by welcoming its third team member named Nathan.
You don’t have to be called Nathan to work there, but it certainly helps and newest member Nathan Rowden, who started this week, shares his name with director Nathan Rous and creative producer Nathan Hughes.
Nathan has joined from the Shropshire Star and Express & Star where he worked in features, as a reporter and digital editor across the publications’ websites.
Having previously worked with a variety of regional magazines, newspapers and radio stations across the country, Nathan joins as Content Manager working across the entire portfolio.
Founder and owner Nathan Rous expressed his amusement at the coincidence of the firm’s latest appointment and his delight at the continued growth of the business.
It’s been a hugely successful 2019 so far,” he explained. “Not only have we secured new clients both here and overseas but we’ve also been busier than ever with projects with our existing portfolio.
“As a result, we have been continually on the lookout for new talent to join us, and we are thrilled to welcome another Nathan into our organisation as we strengthen our management team.
“We are always looking at ways to enhance the service we provide and Nathan number three will be spearheading an innovative new content package which means businesses of all size can make the most of our skills to drive awareness and raise their profile.”
The appointment will mean that a quarter of the agency’s team will be named Nathan and considerations for nicknames are already underway.
“I’m delighted to be joining the NPR team,” said Nathan number three. “This is an exciting opportunity right here in the heart of Shropshire to take my career to the next level and I can’t wait to get started meeting the clients and generating loads of great content.
“As the most recent Nathan to join the company I think it’s only right I take on a nickname. That is until the next Nathan joins.”
