Shropshire confetti growers celebrate win at The UK Wedding Awards

Shropshire Petals is celebrating after winning the Best Wedding Day Finishing Touches category at the UK Wedding Awards 2019.

Every year, leading bridal brands Hitched and You & Your Wedding come together to recognise the very best of the UK wedding industryrecognising the hard work, passion and commitment of suppliers within the wedding industry.

From venues to dresses and jewellery to honeymoons, the awards receive hundreds of entries, which are whittled down by a panel of experts to create a shortlist.  Once the shortlist has been decided, brides and grooms can have their say by voting for their favourite suppliers.

Speaking of the win Shropshire Petals Marketing Manager, Ashley Corrigan said: “The entire petal shed erupted in screams of delight when we found out that we had been awarded Best Wedding Day Finishing Touches in this years awards.  There were 12 wedding suppliers shortlisted in the Best Wedding Day Finishing Touches category, and we can’t thank our couples enough for taking the time to vote for us.  Winning an award means so much to us and this is a great start to 2019!”
