Telford-based IT support and communications company, Bespoke Computing is sponsoring the Best Use of ICT award at the Young Enterprise 2019 awards ceremony which will take place on the 2 May at The Park Inn, Telford.

The Young Enterprise scheme provides young people with practical ways to experience the working world and the responsibilities of running your own business. The participants are given a limited time to develop their skills into creating a workable business which they then use to compete for local and national awards.
Bespoke Computing has sponsored this award many times before and are big supporters of young people gaining an insight into entrepreneurship. They’re also advocates of supporting local organisations, particularly young people trying to gain experience in the digital and technical industry.
Along with being sponsors of the Young Enterprise 2019, they also support apprenticeship schemes and have recruited three members of staff through Telford College.
Managing Director of Bespoke Computing, Chris Pallett is an independent governor at Telford College and is committed to supporting young people in education as well as helping them to access opportunities in the workplace.
Chris Pallett said: “We’re delighted to be sponsoring the Best Use of ICT award again for Young Enterprise 2019. It’s a fantastic opportunity for young people to receive recognition of their skills and achievements. Encouraging young people to pursue their interest in entrepreneurship gives them an understanding of the real working world they will shortly enter.”
Board Member of Young Enterprise, Shropshire, Barbara Rainford said: “We’re grateful to Bespoke Computing for their ongoing support of Young Enterprise. The awards ceremony enables us to reward young people who have made significant progress in their abilities as a future entrepreneur. By providing sponsorship – Bespoke Computing is helping us to continue inspiring the next generation of Shropshire entrepreneurs.”
