Carrs Billington has launched its Ludlow Country Store at Weeping Cross Lane, Temeside after completing the letting of a modern retail warehouse on the edge of the town centre.

Toby Shaw, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “This is a very notable and exciting addition to Ludlow.

“Carrs Billington are a major operation based in Carlisle, with many stores across the north of England, Scotland and Wales.

“We were instructed to market the property at Weeping Cross Lane when the Countrywide Store closed and are delighted to have secured a long-term letting to Carrs Billington.”

The modern detached commercial building, which occupies a prominent roadside location close to Ludlow town centre, extends in total to approximately 10,148 sq ft. It also benefits from large forecourt car parking.

Carrs Billington are committed to providing innovation, nutritional excellence and support to UK farmers, and supplying products and services to the wider rural area.
