Whittingham Riddell based in Shrewsbury has recently launched an additional service to their repertoire.
The company has launched a new HR consultancy service, especially for fast-growth and small to medium business’.
The new HR Service team is led by Helen Spencer, HR Partner.
Helen said: “We would like to be our clients’ first point of contact for all employment questions; just like having their own HR Team at the end of the telephone line. We aim to support the needs of the clients’ business, whether that is contracts of employment and employment documentation; succession plans; or leadership coaching. We can also work alongside the client on site.”
Helen and, HR Manager, Paula Firmstone are Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), each have over 20 years’ experience within the HR profession. They have worked within a range of industry sectors including: FMCG, retail, professional services, care and business support.
“We are some way into our own business growth and development journey”, continues Helen. “As a Partnership, we have had to take some brave steps in order to change the way we work and prepare the business for the future. This has not been easy, but the rewards to date have been worth the effort.
