With work now underway to build a new TV Recycling Facility at Bridgnorth Household Recycling Centre (HRC), Veolia, the waste and recycling contractor for Shropshire Council, is looking for local people to join its team as operatives.
For a chance to find out more about the project and the job opportunities available, the staff at Bridgnorth HRC, on Faraday Drive, are hosting a recruitment morning on Saturday 6 August, 10am -1pm.
Steve Mitchell, Director of the Midlands West said: “We are thrilled this project is underway, especially as it offers multiple full-time, permanent job opportunities for people in the town of Bridgnorth and the surrounding area.
“The recruitment morning is a chance for anyone interested in working for Veolia to come along and discover more about the TV Recycling Facility and the roles we have available. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new set of skills, as this will be the first operation of its kind to be setup in the UK.”
