The Sales Director of one of Shropshire’s top law firms has joined the management team created to lead the company’s strategic focus.
Neil Lloyd has been co-opted on to FBC Manby Bowdler’s Strategic Management Board, which was established last year to spearhead its future development.
The Strategic Management Board is headed by Managing Partner Kim Carr and includes Partner Craig Ridge, who leads the firm’s Contentious Probate Team, and Marketing Manager Laura Jones, who were voted for by the firm’s partners.
FBC Manby Bowdler employs more than 160 staff at offices in Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton, Snow Hill, and Willenhall.
The firm is annually recognised in the Legal 500 awards with lawyers also featuring in the annual Chambers listings.
Kim Carr said: “The creation of the Sales Director role was an innovative move to drive new business growth and Neil brings a new set of skills to the board.
“His presence on the Strategic Management Board will give us additional expertise in the commercial sector to drive forward our ambitious plans for the future of the firm.”
Neil joined FBC Manby Bowdler in September 2015. He was previously Head of Sales Development at Lombard, the asset finance business of Royal Bank of Scotland.
