The company is launching a new brand in the county with the introduction of the award-winning SsangYong range of 4x4s and SUVs, to be followed later in the year by the addition of the Great Wall range of commercial vehicles.
The new dealerships, which will create several new jobs, will complement Shukers’ current Land Rover, Isuzu, Subaru and All Marques branches in Shrewsbury and Ludlow.
The group has invested in bespoke showrooms at Vanguard Way on Battlefield Enterprise Park in Shrewsbury, which will display SsangYong’s Korando, Rexton, Korando Sports pick-up and Turismo models, with further new vehicles to be introduced by the brand next year.

Newly-appointed brand sales manager, Stuart Woolley, added: “The SsangYong name has come a long way since its launch 60 years ago when it began building utility and special project vehicles.
“More recently, SsangYong has adopted European styling and contemporary design, helping to create a range of distinctive 4x4s and sports utility vehicles.”
