Samuel Wood & Company has appointed Russell Griffin and Andrew Cadwallader as partners, to join founders Anthony Wood and Gareth Samuel at the head of the firm’s staff of 35.
Russell, from Shrewsbury, is married with a young son and is an accomplished musician. He started his career in property 25 years ago training in Shropshire, moving on to later work in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton gaining valuable experience in the city property market, and he is now based in the agency’s Shrewsbury office.
Andrew, who is recently married, has 20 years’ experience in the business, and lives in south Shropshire. Andrew trained with a well-respected South Shropshire firm before moving to Samuel Wood, he now overseas south Shropshire, north Herefordshire and the Welsh borders from the firm’s Ludlow office. He is a keen sportsman, playing football for the local Sunday league
The company also has bases in Craven Arms and Oswestry, as well as an office in Mayfair, London, which promotes clients’ properties both nationally and overseas.
Anthony Wood said that the new partners promotion would bring a new dimension to the firm’s future expansion plans.
