Featured Content

This Mother’s Day, Shrewsbury Shopping are showing their appreciation for Shropshire Mums, with lots of free fun and a little free gift in the approach to Mother’s Day.

There’s a chance to get creative and make your Mum a personal gift at one of the craft workshops, set to be hosted at the Workshop Station in the Darwin Centre from 10am1pm on Thursdays 7, 14, 21 and 28 March. These drop-in workshops will be hosted by Shropshire based company, ‘Mustard’ and you’ll be able to have a go at creating your own personal, decorative candle, to make a truly sentimental gift this Mother’s Day.

They will also be inviting Shropshire’s sons and daughters – young and old, to pop to Pride Hill and Darwin Shopping Centres between 11am and 4pm on Saturday 30 March to take a free pick from their cart of colourful succulents. The plants are presented in a stylish pot and make a beautiful tribute to give to a lovely lady in your life this Mother’s Day and they’re completely free.

From cards and wrapping at stores like Card Factory and Lorraine’s Cards to flowers at Lipstick & Gin and Marks & Spencer, plus a range of gifts from the unique and sentimental at Meg Hawkins Retail Space and Val B’s Shrewsbury Showcase, to stylish keepsakes at Pandora, Ernest Jones and F. Hinds and indulgent treats from The Body Shop and The Perfume Shop.
