Alan Ward, which is based in Shrewsbury, will be at the town’s floral show being held in the Quarry on August 8 and 9.

And on display in the food hall will be a range of Alan Ward products, including Joseph Joseph, Le Creuset, Brabantia, Nespresso, Denby, Portmeirion, Dartington Crystal, Stellar, Morphy Richards and Russell Hobbs.

The cookshop department at the Alan Ward store in Ennerdale Road opened last year with everything to create a stylish and modern kitchen and dining area.

Elaine Ray, commercial director at Alan Ward, said the cookshop was a major development for the store.

She said: “It’s first year has been a tremendous success and has proved very popular with our customers who like being able to see all the famous cookware brands under one roof.

“It makes it easy for our customers to find exactly what they are looking for.

“We stock the latest must-have kitchen accessories such as Nespresso coffee makers and Morphy Richards accents kettles as well as DeLonghi’s hugely popular Sculptura kettles and toaster making us the ideal place to shop for gifts and wedding presents or even if you have just had a new kitchen.”

Miss Ray said the store was proud to support the Shrewsbury Flower Show.

“It’s very important for us to be involved in our local community and show our support for prestigious events such as the Shrewsbury Flower Show,” she said.

“We are looking forward to greeting our customers and meeting new ones and telling them all about the cookshop. It just makes shopping so much easier as everything for the kitchen is available under one roof.

“The Shrewsbury Flower Show attracts thousands of people from all over the country and with our four stores and booming online sales, we are also serving those people so it is nice to put faces to customer’s names regardless of where they live in the country.”
