getting help to quit
Its not easy going smoke free, but there's always help available.

Duncan Bannatyne OBE, the president of No Smoking Day say's, “Quitting smoking isn’t always easy. Most of the nine million UK smokers say they’d like to quit, and many have tried to stop several times over the last year. If you’ve tried and failed a few times, don’t give up hope. You’ll find few ex-smokers that quit the habit on their first attempt.”

Help 2 Quit are a team of experts in Shropshire, employed by the NHS who can support anyone wishing to stop smoking. Not only will they tailor the support to meet each individuals needs, but you are also four times more likely to quit with their service than alone!

You can find out more by visiting: www.shropshire.nhs.uk or call them on 01743 366 940.
