A cleaning company in Shropshire is seeing the rewards of its 20 years’ experience – through a “hugely successful” launch of a cleaning supplies trade counter.
MR Cleaning Supplies based on the Court Works industrial estate in Telford launched the new division of Cleveland Cleaning at the end of last year.
Since then the firm has gone from strength to strength and in the process created a brand new company website and trade counter for its customers.
The trade counter lets people purchase a wide range of cleaning supplies and accessories for their business and home as well as speak to staff about which products would be best suited to them.
MR Cleaning Supplies operations manager Nikki McCreadie said: “Since opening the trade counter we have been extremely busy and have spoken to business owners from across the county.
“People have been visiting us to purchase everything from cleaning chemicals to accessories such hand dispensers.
“However, the trade counter doesn’t just stock chemicals and materials but also vacuums cleaners, floor polishers and carpet cleaners which many local businesses rely upon heavily.
“It’s been hugely successful and we are delighted with how things are going.”
The family-run business understands that most local companies and even sole traders need to purchase their cleaning products in bulk and the staff are on hand to offer advice on which cleaning supplies they need.
Miss McCreadie added: “You won’t find the products we sell down the aisles of your everyday supermarket.
“We always listen to what our customers need for their business and make sure that we stock our shelves with products which have been hand picked by us.”
Miss McCreadie also said that plans were in place to release their own brand of cleaning products into their trade counter.
“Producing our own brand of cleaning products is something we have been thinking about for a while now and we cannot wait to release them to our customers,” she said.
